Educational Leave / Bildungsurlaub

 

Use your right to reset.

Many employees in Germany can take paid educational leave for approved further education — without using their regular holiday days.

This is called Bildungsurlaub.

I teach Bildungsurlaub weeks in collaboration with PSY-FIT Frankfurt, combining yoga, mobility, breathwork, stress regulation and practical tools for your work life and everyday life.

A structured 5-day reset for your body, mind and nervous system.

Depending on the group, the week can be taught in English or German.

Upcoming weeks are planned for October, November and December.
Early registration is strongly recommended, so each week can be confirmed in time and you have enough space to submit your Bildungsurlaub request with your employer — usually through HR, your manager, or both.
