Hi, I’m Danila.
Body & Mind Coach, Retreat Leader and creator of Yoga in Real Life™ — a modern ecosystem blending intelligent yoga, functional mobility, somatics, breathwork, fascia work and music-driven movement experiences.
I guide people from constant doing into deeper sensing, clarity and sustainable strength — not by adding more pressure, but by integrating movement and regulation intelligently into real life.
Based in Frankfurt, one of Europe’s most international cities, I teach both locally and internationally through live classes, retreats, personal training and an on-demand wellbeing gallery designed to support modern life — wherever you are.
Rather than constantly travelling the world, I chose to create a grounded space where international people, cultures and rhythms naturally meet — allowing me to teach the world from one place, with presence, precision and real human connection.
