• Active Release (Yoga + Functional + Active Stretching) – For those who spend long hours sitting or feel “stuck” in the body and mind:
  active mobility, mindful strength and targeted myofascial stretching open the body from within, improve circulation and restore natural vitality.

• Passive Release (Yin Therapy + Thai Bodywork) – For deep tension, nervous system overload or periods of intense stress:
  passive fascial release allows the body to soften, unwind and reset. This work supports the lymphatic and circulatory flow, melts deep-layer tension and calms your entire system.

• Mindfulness and breathwork techniques

• Personalized adjustments and use of props

• Mental coaching impulses for clarity & resilience

In your 10-session journey, we can alternate or combine both approaches (Active & Passive, also known as Yang & Yin)  based on your goals, energy level and daily needs.

🧘 All equipment provided: Mats, props, and towels are available – feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
